| Overview | A day spent reviewing the content and ISEB syllabus covered in both IT Service Support (ISS) and IT Service Delivery (ISD) courses. Whilst the aim is to prepare the candidates for the ISEB Managers Certificate in IT Service Management, it is expected that candidates will have been managing their own revision programme prior to attending the course. |

| Candidate Pre-requisites: |
IT Service Support (ISS) and IT Service Delivery (ISD). IT Service Management
examination candidates must hold the ISEB Foundation Certificate in IT Service
Management and should have at least five years' relevant IT experience. Candidates must have attended the IT Service Support (ISS) and IT Service Delivery (ISD) courses prior to attending this revision day. |
