| Overview | The ITIL Experience is a one day game-based
event designed to highlight the benefits of ITIL for the support
and delivery of IT services. The even offers a way of communicating the benefits of ITIL in a fun and practical way, adopting the KOLB experiential learning model. The game is ideal as an awareness tool or initial introduction for IS and business managers who require an overview of ITIL to evaluate the value of adoption for their business. It can also be used a a primer for all IT staff during delivery of ITIL processes. This is especially useful when it is not possible to enrol all staff on the ITIL Service Management Essentials course. This game offers the ideal environment to:

| Course Content | A role based game designed to demonstrate
practically how the benefits of ITIL's Service Support and Service
Delivery processes can improve any IT dependant organisation. The event uses the KOLB experiential learning model whereby the group will reflect on each round of the game, and identify where the ITIL theory can be adopted and planned into subsequent rounds.
