HP Services Value Integrator (SVI)

Partners in IT is an accredited SVI Partner, and was chosen to pilot the scheme when. HP set-up the SVI program in 2000 in order to control and authorise certain partners to provide customer support of HP OpenView products.

HP assesses and regularly audits SVI partners on their ability to provide consistent high quality customer support. The SVI program provides customers with more choice and closer links with partners who understand the customer environment and have a closer relationship than HP could typically provide.

Our support customers’ benefit from access to our highly accredited HP OpenView consultants for support issues and if a call should require escalating to the supplier, Partners in IT have direct access to the HP OpenView Competency Centre within HP. This ensures the responsiveness that businesses today demand.
